Refund Policy

Failed transfers

If we cannot complete the transfer of a purchased username, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Once the account has been handed over and access confirmed, the sale is final.

Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Network fees may apply.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
