At checkout you are sent to our payment partner Rampex, where you pay in crypto. Prices are set in US dollars.

Your order is confirmed automatically once Rampex reports the payment and we verify the amount, currency and order reference. This usually takes a few minutes, depending on the network.

An underpayment is not accepted and the order will not be confirmed. Contact us and we will help you resolve it.

No. Your order is only marked paid after the payment is verified. Your order page updates by itself.

We usually start the transfer within 24 hours of payment confirmation and most handovers finish within 1–3 business days.

Once paid, your private delivery page shows a step-by-step transfer guide. We never ask for your password.

Open My account → Orders. Each order has a live status and, once paid, a delivery page with your transfer guide.

If we cannot complete the transfer, you get a full refund of the amount paid.

Once the account has been handed over and access confirmed, the sale is final.

In the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide, within 7 business days of approval. Network fees may apply.
